Painting and applying protective coatings at great heights within your commercial property or building often presents a complex challenge when it is operational. Using rope access, the Sky People team has repaired damage caused by surface rust. During the construction of the factory hall, surface rust spots appeared due to grinding work while placing and installing the production line. Since it was no longer possible to reach these locations with a cherry picker, and erecting scaffolding would be inefficient/infeasible, the decision was made to deploy rope access technicians. With a few hours of preparation, hard-to-reach locations are within reach. This allows repair work to be carried out quickly and efficiently with minimal personnel, thus a much lower "hours at risk" ratio than if scaffolding had to be erected.
