For an Ikea distribution center, Sky People carried out facade cleaning work on a difficult-to-reach facade section along an adjacent waterway.
The work was performed using hot water high-pressure cleaning in combination with rope access. This method allowed direct access to the facade without the need for extensive scaffolding.
The chosen execution method also resulted in a significantly shorter lead time. The project was completed approximately four weeks faster than if a full scaffolding structure had to be erected around the building.
